- The incumbent shall be a Government Servant (Any Government Department/Government Organization) retired from a post not below the rank of Assistant Engineer. The area of experience shall be in Civil Engineering field such as Estimation, Construction (site supervision), Tendering, Billing, verification of bills etc. A detailed curriculum vitae/resume with skills related to Civil Engineering may be submitted along with the application.
